Bus From Hanoi to Luang Prabang (Laos)

☞ Bus Hanoi to Luang Prabang: The bus departs around 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. arriving at Nam Can Nghe An border gate around 4-5 a.m. and the border gate opens at 7 a.m. You complete the procedures and continue to travel to Luang Prabang, arriving after around 27 hours around 6:00-8:00 p.m. the next day. Pick up from hotel in Hanoi Old quarters from 15:30-16:00

☞ Bus from Hanoi to Vientiane: The bus departs around 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. arriving at Cau Treo Ha Tinh border gate around 4-5 a.m. and the border gate opens at 7 a.m. You complete the procedures and continue to travel to Vientiane, 22 hours, arriving around 3:00-4:00 p.m. the next day. Pick up from hotel in Hanoi Old quarters from 15:30-16:00

☞ Which countries are exempt from visa requirements for Laos?
All countries are members of ASEAN are free to enter Laos without a visa. These countries include Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. There are also non-ASEAN member countries that are visa-exempt. These are Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Russia
Citizens of the countries mentioned above do not need a visa to enter Laos, but all others will need to apply for a visa before making their trip to the Southeast Asian country. Visa fee is not inclusive in the bus fare

***Prices and timetable for daily, prices increase at weekend, peak season period or public holidays. Duration might last longer depending on actual traffics.
***Pick up time might be from 30-45 minutes before the departure time depeding on each location
