2/. Departure Time of Hang Chau Tourist hydrofoil from Phnom Penh to Chau Doc:
–    Chau Doc:      07:30 am – Daily Departure – Please showing up at least 30 minutes before departure time.
Victoria Hotel, 01 Le Loi, Chau Phu B Ward, Chau Doc City.

–    Phnompenh:  12:30 pm – Daily Departure – Please showing up at least 30 minutes before departure time.
International Floating Port, #103 – Sisowath Quay – Kh Daun Penh – Phnompenh – Campodia.

o    Duration:  4 hours Boat trip + 2 hours Border check point.
o    Note:

• Immigration procedures may take longer during high season.
• For Private Boats, The departure time is their own choice

3.1/ Public Boat

3.2/ Child Fare: 

• Children under 3 years old are free.
• Children from 4 to 7 years old are charged 50% of Adult fare.
• Children over 8 years old are charged at Adult fare

3.3/ Private Boat: 
– For charter all kinds of boat
07 seats – 22 seats (02 boats) – 26 seats – 32 seats – 38 seats – 60 seats (02 boats)-    Include:
o    Food: Burger or Sandwich.
o    Cake, fruits, mineral water, coke, tea, coffee and beer.
o    Cold towel.

4/. Visa Fee: Express Visa on arrival
•    Cambodia Visa: 35$ (Including service fee)
–    Passengers need to prepare passport – no photo needed – the application form will be completed on the boat.

•    Viet Nam Visa: 30$ (Including service fee)
–    Passengers need to prepare: Approval letter on arrival (Original) – the application form will be completed on the boat and need 01 portrait photo (4 x 6).

Terms of use when using hydrofoil service:
1. You need to order tickets before departure time and sit in the correct seat number.
2. During the time on board, please keep your ticket for control.
3. Luggage that exceeds the specified weight, goods that are too dirty, have a foul smell or animals will not be brought on board.
4. For hand luggage and personal belongings, please preserve them yourself.
5. Do not bring prohibited goods such as explosives, inflammables, chemicals, and drugs on board.
6. It is strictly forbidden to leave the cabin without the flight attendant’s consent. If violated, our company will not be responsible in case of an accident.
7. In case of force majeure such as weather, technology, etc., the Company has the right to cancel or change the service schedule without any responsibility.
8. You must arrive 45 minutes before the train departs.
9. You need to present identification documents when buying tickets and boarding.
